For effective sexual health promotion, it is helpful to have up-to-date and quality information materials available.

Our materials

Documents created or adapted by CoSS based on scientific information and written in compliance with international recommendations on sex education and sexual rights (WHO, IPPF) are downloadable in PDF format or obtainable on loan.

Bibliography

Find a selection of books on various topics related to sex education, divided by age group (0-4 years, 4-6 years, 6-9 years, 9-12 years, 12-15 years, from 16 years, adults). The books were selected taking into account the quality of the text and illustrations, the presence of scientifically correct information, attention to stereotypes, gender roles and inclusion. The proposed bibliography does not claim to be complete and exhaustive. If books are available in the catalog of cantonal or school libraries or in the swisscovery catalog you will find a direct link by clicking on the title. Contraception case for teachers

Kit for middle school teachers containing contraceptive method sheets, samples of the same, contraception booklet and summary table. The 2-week loan is free of charge and can be requested by contacting the CoSS office most convenient for pickup by phone or e-mail.
