Within the Istituto di Neuroscienze Cliniche della Svizzera Italiana, there are the following specialties: neurology, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, sleep medicine, neuroradiology, pain therapy, neuropsychology, traditional Chinese medicine and experimental neuroscience.
The institute collaborates closely with Università della Svizzera italiana and other universities and has significant clinical and translational research activities.
The Institute is headquartered at the Ospedale Regionale di Lugano, where all the services listed above are located with the inpatient departments of neurology, neurosurgery and ophthalmology.
