The Regional Hospital of Locarno and the department for laboratory medicine (EOLAB) made many investments in order to ensure the maximum Swiss criteria for care and quality.
Our Centre is a member of FIVNAT-CH, the Swiss national IVF register, and works according to the Swiss law on reproductive medicine (LPMA).
The activities of the Centre have been authorized by the health authority of the Canton of Ticino and the quality of its activities is checked every two years by the cantonal medical officer.
The Laboratory for reproductive medicine has obtained the accreditation according to ISO/IEC 17025 for all of its activities since 2006.
