In addition to the daily and overriding responsibility of care, 2024 in EOC was characterized by the centrality of the project dimension of work. To plan means to "throw forward," to "push forward," that is, in some way to prepare for the future, to build it having well in mind what EOC's vision is, what it wants to be, what it must continue to be. In a nutshell, the benchmark, the high and public model of Ticino's healthcare in the years and decades to come.
In this sense, the commitment of "designing" has first of all forced us to reflect on our values, because they must be what inspires our strategies and define the rules of ethics and conduct that guide EOC.
