Laboratory Medicine Contacts
In compliance with the provisions given by the new Federal Law on Data Protection (DPA - September 2023) no results are communicated by telephone. The analysis report can be requested in the following ways:
- The patient goes to the laboratory by presenting a legitimacy document
- The patient request the sending of the analysis report to the home address. The laboratory will use the address registered in the system.
- The patient requests the sending of the analysis report by e-mail. The laboratory will use the e-mail address registered in the system, sending will be in encrypted form.
Request for information from the "non-prescribing" treating physician must be made by e-mailing the consent form signed by the patient.
