Food Service

EOC patients can enjoy a healthy and varied menu. This menu is tailored to the patients’ needs and aims to promote their well-being during their stay.

A Passion for Quality, Quality in Taste

EOC is committed to the care of its patients, and nutrition is a fundamental part of the care process. This mission emphasizes the importance of fostering a positive relationship between hospitality services and the patient—a relationship that is essential to ensuring a care experience that is increasingly attentive, compassionate, and of the highest quality.

Caring for a person means much more than providing the best medical and nursing expertise. It means welcoming, listening, supporting, and paying attention to even the smallest details that contribute to the daily well-being of patients and their families.

Every day, in the kitchens and wards of the EOC, balanced, safe, and delicious meals are prepared and served, designed to meet patients’ clinical needs without sacrificing the pleasure of eating. Behind every menu lies meticulous work that combines nutritional expertise, organization, sensitivity, and care for the individual.

In fact, nutrition is not merely a basic need. It is also a moment of normalcy, comfort, and care that accompanies the treatment journey and contributes to the patient’s overall well-being.

Because the quality of care also depends on attention to detail. And because the care we provide meets, every day, the care we take with flavor.

Room Service

During their stay, patients can enjoy healthy, balanced, and varied meals designed to meet their individual nutritional needs and promote their well-being while in the hospital.

Menu

Every day, patients who are not on a prescribed diet can choose their meal for the following day from the options presented by the Meal Service staff, who visit the rooms daily. The staff is also available to provide information and assist patients in selecting their menu, taking into account their needs and preferences.

For patients who require a specific diet, meals are customized according to the attending physician’s instructions and dietary guidelines.

To ensure food safety and adherence to the treatment plan, we recommend consulting the nursing staff before consuming food or beverages brought by family members and visitors, as they may not be compatible with the prescribed diet.
