What we deal with

Our team of wound care specialists treats post-surgical, sub-acute wounds and all cases that are complex or have a prolonged or delayed healing prognosis. Patients with these conditions may come directly from hospital departments (physicians, emergency rooms, or other services) or be referred by outside professionals, such as primary care physicians, home care services, or social health facilities. They can also access the outpatient clinic on their own initiative. It should be noted that the treatment of acute wounds and in emergency situations is the responsibility of EOC emergency rooms.

Areas of intervention

The process of patient intake by skilled nursing staff begins with a careful history of the patient and the injury. This is followed by wound dressing, wound assessment, and the drafting of individualized care plans. In addition, the staff handles the management of necessary materials and the training of other professionals in the field. Evaluation of examinations and determination of therapy are carried out in close collaboration with the physician. Regular reassessment of the patient during the course of treatment is also provided.

The treatments offered are based on the latest scientific evidence, using state-of-the-art materials. In addition, specialized staff provide instruction and advice to both patients and their families and caregivers regarding the management of dressings and compression bandages:
