CTU Lecture: The Swiss Personalized Health Network: An Introduction for Researchers

The Swiss Personalized Health Network (SPHN) makes health data interoperable and reusable for research in Switzerland. SPHN supports researchers throughout all phases of their projects: from identifying relevant data and meeting legal requirements to providing a secure environment for data analysis. SPHN also promotes the quality of clinical data by enabling hospitals to make their data interoperable in line with national and international standards.
In 2025, EOC was successfully onboarded to the SPHN infrastructures, together with several other cantonal hospitals. This allows EOC researchers to participate in multicentric studies in the context of SPHN.
