Expanding the translational research landscape in Ticino.
The Institute for Translational Research USI-EOC (IRT) marks a new milestone for biomedical research in Ticino by complementing and strengthening the region’s biomedical hub. Created through an equal partnership between USI and EOC, the IRT focuses on areas such as cardiology, neurology, regenerative medicine and gut health. Its mission is to link discovery, care, and clinical impact.
