The following is a list of the costs per cycle of the treatments for the gynaecological endocrinology services effective as of 1st January 2013:
- Homologous insemination

Basic Cost *:1,200.00 Swiss Francs + detailed invoicing of all services - IVF/ICSI with mild stimulation with freezing of zygotes
Basic Cost*: 3,000.00 Swiss Francs + detailed invoicing of all services - IVF/ICSI with mild stimulation without freezing of zygotes
Basic Cost*: 2,500.00 Swiss Francs + detailed invoicing of all services - IVF/ICSI with mild stimulation in the event of lack of eggs
Basic Cost*: 1,000.00 Swiss Francs + detailed invoicing of all services - IVF/ICSI with mild stimulation in the event of non-fertilisation of eggs
Basic Cost*: 1,500.00 Swiss Francs + detailed invoicing of all services - IVF/ICSI Gift with zygote freezing
Basic Cost *: 5,000.00 Swiss Francs + detailed invoicing of all services - IVF/ICSI/Gift without zygote freezing

(*) the basic cost does not include doctors’ fees, cost of ultrasound scanning and laboratory analysis fees. The said services shall be invoiced separately.
These services will be invoiced separately for Swiss patients.
For foreign patients, however, they will be directly added to the payment for the current medical procedure.
The amount will be about 210.- Swiss Francs per check.
Medical services carried out in the absence of the patient will be invoiced separately, as well (including the examination of files,
Preparation of reports, various correspondence), this also applies to consultations by phone.
For Swiss patients, the health insurance refunds 3 insemination cycles and the blood analyses.
Payments
The payment of the heterologous or homologous insemination cycle, the transfer of pre-embryos and the IC SI of frozen oocytes must be made the day on which the insemination or transfer is carried out.
IFV/ICSI cycles with mild stimulation, a first deposit of 1,500.00 Swiss Francs shall be payable on the day when follicular puncture carried out and a further deposit of 1,500.00 Swiss Francs or 1,000 Swiss Francs (depending on whether zygotes are to be frozen or not) shall be payable on the day of the transfer. An invoice detailing all services performed will follow.
With regard to payment for IFV/ICSI/Gift cycles a first deposit of 2,500.00 Swiss Francs shall be payable on the day when follicular puncture is carried out and a further deposit of 2,500.00 Swiss Francs or 2,000 Swiss Francs (depending on whether zygotes are to be frozen or not) shall be payable on the day of the transfer. An invoice detailing all services performed will follow.
The cost of drugs necessary for hormonal stimulation is not included in our tariffs and shall be charged to the patient.
