The strength of the Multisite Hospitale EOC consists in its particular approach that involves different professionals (physicians , nurses, technicians, therapists, i.e.) and different disciplines for the patient's care. In this way, each patient’s care results complete, due to both competences/knowledge of professionals operating in all different areas of specialisation and the capacity of this knowledge interchange (either between institutes or among professionals of the same institute). The modern infrastructures, the highly qualified personnel, the state-of-the-art technology and the engagement into a continuous improvement characterize the quality of care among EOC. Moreover, the Multisite Hospital EOC promotes the realization of interhospital departments in order to achieve the excellence of care for the patient's benefit.

34 beds for Nuclear Medicine, Radiotherapy, Palliative Care, Haematology and General Oncology dedicated to patients who cannot be taken care of in the out-patient ward, or those who have problems too complex for the internal medicine ward. The care of these patients is guaranteed by specialized medical and nursing team.

Genetic counceling in cancer (genetic oncology counceling) is aimed at healthy individuals as well as patients who wants to evaluate the risk of any predisposition in the rest of the family.

Nuclear medicine studies, by using substances of low radioactive emissions and through high-tech equipments, metabolic, functional and biochemical processes of many organs and systems to characterize biological cellular activities. A very modern PET-CT equipment is available.
